Welcome to five writers published here for the first time: Brendan Beary, Kris Bigalk, Moira Egan, Amanda Ferguson, and Seamus Murphy. And welcome to the return stars: Rose Kelleher (a former selection panelist who submitted this time in the “blind” open process), Norman Ball, Catherine Chandler (maintaining her unbroken record), Chris Hanson, Juleigh Howard-Hobson, Jan Iwaszkiewicz, Jean Kreiling, and Rick Mullin.
That makes thirteen. We have one Editor’s invitational: “Hurricane Felix” from Anna Evans. This is in the nature of a parting gift as Anna is leaving our panel of readers after helping to make the selections for the seven issues to date. She is taking up the role of Editor for the print journal The Raintown Review, where I wish her well.
